2008... SevenSeas Studios, NYC, NY - this is a large project and I'm going to be working on it full time as Technical Director. We are building what will become the largest full-service music and audio production facility in New York City. The main facility will occupy an 18,000 square foot location and open, hopefully, this fall. We have a satellite location in operation now in midtown that we are expanding to take on work that can't wait until we get the main place open.

I am still personally taking care of just a few of my regular long time friends and clients. The rest of the work is getting redirected to Coral Sound and others I trust who can pick it up and properly cover what needs to get done.

2007... we did some large projects in 2007 but sometimes, for one reason or another, some projects can't be discussed. Either the project itself was quite sensitive or the client requested non-disclosure so I have not been able to post anything on this page for over a year. Beyond those projects we did a lot of work in the shop and provided support to our regular clients. It was a busy year.

Echo Mountain, Asheville NC - New music recording studio featuring Neve 8068, 24io ProTools HD3, Studer A800's. Supervised installation/expansion of prefabricated wiring systems and re-commissioning of Studer A800's; re-commissioned and upgraded Neve 8068 console and added Uptown moving fader automation (2006). Jaguar Music, Sharon, CT - New private music production facility featuring classic Philips MD-1 console. Acoustical consultation, power distribution, equipment restoration; specified interconnection wiring systems; supervised installation and verified system performance (2006).

92% Moon, West Palm Beach, FL - Stephen Maglio, Recording artist, songwriter, musician. Did (Provided?) recording engineering, co-production, and mastering for CD/download release (2005 - 2006). 92% Moon at MySpace

Daddy's House, New York, NY - Upgrades to existing multi-room (Neve VR/SSL 4KG+) recording and mix facility. Specified upgrades to Neve VR-60 console including capacitor replacement; installed heavy-duty DC power distribution in VR-60 console frame (2003); Consulted re large monitor system upgrades (2005-2006); specified clean isolated electrical power system and distributions (2006).

Tony Moran, New York, NY - Facility installs and moves 1997/8, 2001/2 and 2005... Acoustical treatments specified and installed in current studio (2006).

PMD Recording, Charlottesville, VA - Music production studio featuring Trident 65 console and ProTools HD. Upgrade of Trident 65 console to high capacity, low noise power supplies and heavy duty internal DC power supply distribution (2005). Upgrade of second Trident 65 console including capacitor replacement, chip upgrades, high capacity/low noise power supplies and heavy duty internal DC power supply distribution (2006).

Sharkbite Recording, Oakland, CA - Music recording and mix studio featuring Trident TSM console, ProTools HD and 2" 24 track analog (Otari MX-80). Consultation and on-site work for restoration of Trident TSM console including capacitor replacement, chip upgrades, and high capacity/low noise power supplies (2005-2006). Consultation for improving AC power isolation and distribution in existing system (2006).

Sound Bunker and SurroundedBy Entertainment, Darien, CT - Mix and Mastering Studio featuring a large Merging Technologies Pyramix system and SADIE, Prism and DCS conversion. SurroundedBy was an associated label specializing in high resolution surround releases on DVD-A. Ongoing technical support. Mix and Mastering engineering since 2000 and currently.

Bruce Swedien, Ocala, FL - Private home music production studio featuring Harrison 3232C analog console and ProTools HD3. Ongoing technical support since 2000; move and recommision studio (2003); move and recommision studio (2006).

Blue Jay Recording, Carlisle, MA - Major upgrade of existing recording and mix facility build featuring MadLabs Neve VR72, 72io ProTools HD3, Studer A800's. Specified clean regulated electrical power systems; specified interconnection wiring systems for audio, video, and control; upgraded existing UREi 813B monitor system to higher power, higher efficiency smooth response 813K; supervised installation of all wiring systems and verified system performance (2002).

Aerosmith/Joe Perry, Duxbury, MA - Temporary mixdown studio in 17th/18th century house featuring SSL 9072J, and 64io and 24io ProTools Systems. Specified physical preparation of space including reenforcement of timber flooring, new electrical service and clean ground electrodes, power conditioning, balanced power and distribution; sourced rental equipment including the console and some of the outboard gear; specified interconnection wiring systems for audio, and control; supervised installation of all wiring systems and verified system performance; decommissioned studio on completion of mixes for "Just Push Play" (4th quarter 2000).

Robert John "Mutt" Lange - Two private music production studios in two locations ... #1 featuring SSL 9080J then a move to #2 featuring SSL Axiom MT and 144io ProTools (two fully loaded systems running as one).
